Restaurant Manager

 

  • Provide excellent customer service using approaches provided by company.
  • Lead, trains manage and motivate staff
  • Ensures high quality and fresh food is served at all times
  • Ensure store is staffed, well stocked and operational on all opening hours.
  • Ensures store provides consistent outstanding customer in accordance with our Customer Experience Policies score well against online surveys and/or mystery shoppers.
  • Ensure store executes operationally against company procedures and policies.  Score well against SFSOUPCO scorecard (90+%).
  • Drive store profitability through reducing waste, loss prevention, ensure efficient labor at all times and other cost measures identified by management.
  • Increase sales by providing great customer service
  • Work effectively and cooperatively with all third parties landlord and/or airport officials, vendors and community.
  • Work effectively with management to ensure all store/company objectives are met.
  • Execute all loss prevention programs.
  • Execute any initiatives or requests as directed by management
  • Implement and follow company policies and direction.
  • Use company resources (Customer Experience Manual, Procedures Manual, Audit checklist, training guidelines, shift checklist, mystery shopper feedback) to improve restaurant operations.
  • Ensure staff follows all company, food safety and sanitation policies.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Restaurant and/or retail management experience
  • A record of excellent customer service and operational management performance
  • Record of achieving sales and cost targets
  • Can effectively lead and manage a diverse team
  • Excellent customer service and can set example with team
  • Attention to detail
  • Good administrative and communication skills
  • Comfortable with technology POS, Microsoft Office and other related retail software
  • Can work in fast paced environment
  • Works positively and effectively with fellow employees, other functions, and vendors
  • Food safety certified
